This October, Wise Guy’s Chess Club is proud to launch our Checkmate Breast Cancer campaign in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. From October 1st – October 31st, we are uniting the power of community, chess, and compassion to raise $5,000 in support of the fight against breast cancer.

Half of all proceeds raised will be donated directly to My Sistah’s Pink Journey, a Detroit-based nonprofit dedicated to providing resources, care, and encouragement to breast cancer patients and their families.

Wisdom Wednesdays Go Pink
Every Wednesday in October, Wise Guy’s Chess Club will host Wisdom Wednesdays—our weekly community chess gatherings—dedicated to raising awareness, honoring survivors, and engaging supporters in this important cause.
